Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other of The Jelly Bean site, and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Additional Restrictions

The Jelly Bean may not be able to fulfill certain orders for delivery of licensed and/or sub-licensed products outside the United State and Canada. The Jelly Bean will attempt to contact the purchaser or user when such a restriction presents itself, however The Jelly Bean is under no contractual or legal obligation to inform the purchaser or user of any restrictions on delivery, and no liability whatsoever, either contractually or legally, will be derived from such a failure to notify.
